WIP Wednesday: Blue & Green Crochet Dress

I've decided to take a page out of other crafter's/blogger's book and try my hand at doing features for certain days of the week!  I thought WIP Wednesday had a nice ring to it.  (For those of you that don't know... WIP stands for Work In Progress.)

Today is a little project I've been working on for.... about a week, off and on.

I've really only been working on it at work.  So I only get an hour or two a day to work on it.  I do believe I only have about 3 more inches to go on the bottom and then figuring out how to do the straps or sleeves.

I'm using a little E hook and baby yarn, which is nice and soft, but being it's so small (I usually use bulky yarn... like a 4 or 5 with much larger hooks) it's taking forever!
